【Abstract】 his article analysed different forms.of 4×400m relay race in local track field meet.The author showed that running in lanes with one curve had more advantaged than running in lanes with three curves in 4×400m relay race. It was beneficial for the former to maitain the competition in the same ground condition,improve the athletes’ achivement,and make the competition more exciting.It could reduce the posibilities of runners’ out of position when starting and make the judges and workers conve-nient.更多还原
