13m~3高炉喷吹粒煤工业试验研究
Industrial experiment on granular coal injection in 13m3 blast furnace
【摘要】 13m~3小高炉喷吹粒煤(-2mm)试验目的是考察小高炉喷吹料煤的可行性及其工艺技术特点。在无富氧和较低风温条件下,喷吹粒煤33~56kg/t,置换比达0.73~0.66,取得了与喷吹粉煤相近的效果。喷粒煤期间炉缸活跃,产量提高,炉况顺行,质量改善。
【Abstract】 In order to prove feasibity and technological features of granular coal injection in small blastfurnace,the experiment of granular coal injection (coal particles-2mm) was carried out in 13m3 BF Under the conditions without oxygen enrichment and lower blast temperature ( 860~900℃),the injection rate of 33 ~ 56kg/tonne of hot metal was reached,the coal-coke replacement ratio was at a level of 0.73~0.66.The obtained result of GCI was similiar to that of pulverized coal injection-During the Granular coal injection test,there were active combustion in hearth,smooth BF operation,increased output and improvement in hot metal quality.
