拉伸断口表面分形
The Fractal of Tensile Fractured Surfaces
【摘要】 本工作用EPM-810电子探针二次电子线扫描法,研究了45号钢在不同回火温度条件和室温拉伸下试样断口表面的分形。结果表明,分形维数D<1.279时断口沿晶断裂,1.279<D<1.813时,断口呈韧性断裂,分形维数D由小逐渐增大时,金相组织从回火马氏体转变成回火索氏体。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the fractals of the fractured surfaces of CK45 steel specimens were stueied experimentally with an EPM-810 electronmicroprobe. The tensile test were performed at room temperature and the specimens were tempered at different temperatures.The experimental results showed that when the fractal dimension D<1. 279 the fracture surface shows an almost intergranularfracture,when 1.279<D<1.613, the fracture appearance for net dimples.As the fractal dimension D increased. the microstructure from tempering martensite trasformed to tempering sorbite.
