提高碘的ICP-AES测定灵敏度的一种进样方法
A Sampling Method for Improving the Sensitivity of Determining Iodine Ion by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectroscopy
【摘要】 研究了一种进样方法:让氧化剂和含碘试样溶液从两路进入反应器混合,生成碘进入雾化室雾化,以碘分子气体形式进入等离子体光源,可使检出限降低两个数量级,由192.5μg/mL降到0.85μg/mL。
【Abstract】 A sampling method for improving the sensitivity of determining iodine ion by ICP-AES was discussed in detail in this paper.An oxidant, HNO3 and a sample containing iodine ion were mixed in the hydride generation device, the producing iodine molecules were nebulization in nebulizer and then the iodine gas came into torch directly. The sensitivity can be enhanced a hundred times and the detection limit was improved from 192.5μg/mL to 0.85μg/mL.
