【Abstract】 A simple and convenient cold on-column injection method was introduced for capillary gas chromatograph with no special injector.Its deviations in quantitative and qualitative analysis were validated by using heroin as testing samples. The results showed that its precision in quantitative analysis,repeatability of its retention time and the column efficiency were good enough for practieal analysis.更多还原
