【摘要】 本文研究了在混合表面活性剂存在下，测定人发中锌含量的方法。在ＰＨ＝６．４的磷酸二氢钾和磷酸氢二钠的缓冲溶液中，Ｚｎ与５ＢｒＰＡＤＡＰ及混合表面活性剂ＣＴＭＡＢ和Ｔｗ８０进行显色，用分光光度计进行测定，取得了表现摩尔吸光系数为ε＝１．２８×１０５的满意结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The method of determinating the quantity of Zinc in human hair in the presenceof a mixture of surfactant is studied in this paper。In the buffer solution of potassium dihydrogen phosphate and sodium hydrogen phosphateat PH6.4,the ingrain reaction occurs among Zn,5-Br-PADAP and the mixture ofsurfactant CTMAB and Tw80.Then the complex compound can be determinated byspectrophotometer.The molar absorption coefficient aquired is l.28×l05,which is quite a satisfactory result。更多还原
