【摘要】 回顾性分析了我科近十年来老年住院肾脏病患者的发病情况，共２１９例，占同期肾科住院患者的１７．３％，男女之比为１：１．３３．肾小球疾病是最常见的疾病，占４４．７％，其中继发性肾小球疾病发病率明显高于同期成年住院患者（Ｐ＜０．００１），慢性肾功不全发病率高达２６．５％，提示老年患者容易发生肾衰，尿路感染亦为老年患者常见疾病，临床上需注意对其潜在易发因素研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 19 cases of kidney disease in the elderlywho hospitalized in our department from 1984to 1993 were retrospectively studies in thisstudy. The results showed that these cases ac-counted for 17. 3 percent of all patients in ourdepartment. The ratio of men over women pa-tients was 1/l. 33. Glomerulopathy was themost common disease in this aged group whichaccounted for 44. 7 percent. Especially the in-cidence of secodary glomerulopathy was sig-nificantly increased compared with tbe adultgroup (P<0.0l). The fact that the incidence-of CRF was as bigh as 26. 5 percent stronglysuggested that the agrd people suffered fromCRF readily.
