【摘要】 笔者观察了肾功能处于不同时期（尿毒症期、氮质血症期、正常期）的患者葡萄糖耐量试验及胰岛素释放反应，结果发现：随着肾功能受损程度加重，糖耐量异党龄发生率明显增高（Ｐ＜０．０１），随着肾功能恶化，胰岛素释放异常的发生率亦逐渐升高（Ｐ＜０．０１）．常规血液透析后胰岛素释放指数（ＩＲＩ）较透析前明显升高（Ｐ＜０．００１）．此可能与血液透析后机体脱水较多，血液浓缩，而胰岛素作为中分子物质不易波血透短时间内充分清除有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 he glucose tolerance text (GTT) and theinsulin releasing response were investigated in34 patients with defferent renal insufficiency(uremia, azotermia and normal). The resultsshowed that the percentage of abnormal GTTand tbe serum insulin level were significantlyincreased in patients wiht chronic renal failure(CRF) as compared with those patients withnormal renal function (P<0. 01).
