【摘要】 本文对２２例晚期鼻咽癌用卡铂＋５──氟脲嘧啶联合诱导化疗，化疗前后纯音听阈测定。结果：２２例鼻咽癌患者的４４耳中，诱导化疗后２例２耳在４Ｋ～８ＫＨｚ阈值升高１５～２５ｄＢ，听力受损率４．６％；２２例鼻咽癌患者４４可诱导化疗前后的听阈均值对比，无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。认为卡铂的抗肿瘤作用效果与顺铂基本相同，但其耳毒性较小，听力损害累及高频。更多还原

【Abstract】 Carboplatin and 5 Fluorouracil were used in the chemotherapy of 22 cases advanced NPC. PTA was test before and after chemotherapy. The result showed that 2 cases 2 ears PTA in creasing 15～20dB between 4～8K Hz. The hearing loss rates were 4.6%. The Comparison of PTA average before and after chemotherapy was nonsignificant (P>0.05).Refeyencing some articles and analysising the test of PTA. the effect carboplatin and 5-Fluorouracil was the same, but the toxicity of carboplatin of internat ear was little.
