【摘要】 将５４例冠心病、高血压病、糖尿病及脑梗塞病人，随机分为对照组与清栓酶组。对照组２６例，常规药物治疗，清栓酶组２８例，在常规药物治疗基础上加用蝮蛇清栓酶０．５ｕ，稀释静脉点滴，一日一次，１４天为一疗程。观察到蝮蛇清栓酶能明显升高超氧化物岐化酶活性（Ｐ＜０．０１），明显降低过氧化脂质的终末代谢产物丙二醛含量（Ｐ＜０．０１），说明蝮蛇清栓酶能有效减轻自由基损伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 The 54 cases patients with coronary heart disease,essential hypertension,diabetes mellitus and Cerebral infarct were divided into two groups at random:Comparativegroup (n= 26) were treated with normal drug, and Snak Venom antithrombotic Enzyme(Svate) group(n = 28)were applied not only normal drug,but also Svate, Which was diluted and intravenous droped.0. 5u/every time.once a day and the course of treatment is 14 days .After the research,We found that Svate can singnificantly arised activity of Superoxide dismutase(SOD) (p<0. 01) and reduced the leaval of ma1ondialdehyde (MDA)(P<0.01).It means that Svate can reduce the injury of Oxygen free radicals (OFR)effectively.更多还原
