【摘要】 阐述了钻井污水处理的必要性及处理难度，针对钻井污水处理特点，设计了处理流程：油水分离，混凝反应，沉降反应，固液分离和深化处理。研制的ＨＺＷ—８型钻井污水处理装置可以完成前四个流程。ＳＮ—１２并处理实践表明，经该装置处理后的排放水符合ＧＢ３５５０—８３《石油开发工业水污染物排放标准》第一级第Ⅱ类和第二级第Ｉ类标准。该装置结构紧凑，能满足６０００ｍ左右钻机污水处理要求更多还原
