游梁抽油机动平衡精确分析
INERTIAL BALANCED ANALYSIS of a BEAM PUMPING UNIT
【摘要】 考虑抽油机光杆静载荷和惯性载荷及运动机构的重力和惯性情况下建立了抽油机系统相对曲柄的等效动力学模型,求出了曲柄轴在综合外力平衡条件下的一次和二次简谐波平衡扭矩幅值和相位精确解,绘出了具有动平衡特征的曲柄轴净扭矩典型曲线。
【Abstract】 In this paper,under the conditions of the static load and inertial load of the polished-rodof a conventional pumping unit,as well as the structural weight and inertia,we have present-ed on equivalent dynamic model of the pumping unit system relative to crank;meanwhile,theaccurate analytical expressions of the amplitudes and phases of the first-order and second-or-der synchronous waves of the balance torgue have been obtained under equilibrium conditionof overall outer forces,and the type-curves of net torque of the crankshaft with the character-istic of inertial counterbalance have been drawn.
