【摘要】 以国产２ＺＪ－４型手扶机动水稻插秧机作为试验样机，对该机的载荷特性进行深入的理论分析和试验研究，明确了水稻插秧机在水田作业时各部分的载荷特性及整机的功率分配。为产品出厂检测提供了具体的实际加载依据，可供生产厂家采用；同时，本项研究也提供了一整套插秧机动载荷特性的测试系统以及噪声干扰的消除方法，亦可供同类型插秧机研究课题借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using domestic type 2ZJ-4 hand-operated motorized rice transplanter as a test sample, a deep-doing theoretical analysis and experiment was made to know the load characters of its all parts when it worked in the paddy field and the power distribution of the machine. The results provide a specific basis for loading value checking up, which can be used in production factory. At the same time, a whole test system of load characters of the rice transplanter and the method of eliminating noise effect were developed.更多还原
