涡轮钻具四种涡轮叶型的台架试验

【摘要】 对最新研制的4种涡轮叶型进行的台架试验表明:浮动定子结构的涡轮副,具有级高小、在同一长度内可以装更多级涡轮、安装调整简便等优点,但有瞬时转速差较大、易导致定子销脱落、对载荷及钻井液密度都十分敏感等缺点;级高小的固定定子结构涡轮副若采用涡轮独立悬挂,可克服上述浮动定子结构的缺点,能获得较好的技术经济效益。

【Abstract】 Bed tests of the recently developed four types of turbine blades show that the turbinepair with floated stator has the advantage of lower stage height and better assembling ability and more stages can be fixed into a section of a given height,but it has larger instantaneous slip,which may result in the falling out of the stator pin,and is sensitive to loading and drill fluid density;while by applying an independently hanged turbine,the turbine pair with fixed stator and low stage height can rid itself of the above-mentioned shortcomings and may bring about better technical benefit and financial profit.
