灵芝深层培养及应用研究

【摘要】 研究表明,灵芝深层培养的适宜碳源为玉米粉和葡萄糖;适宜氮源为酵母膏和豆饼粉;最适培养温度30℃;适宜pH4~5;100L发酵罐于30±1℃培养三天后,生物量可达35g/100ml(鲜重);醪液作为液体菌种出芝正常,发出期缩短1/3;提取液氨基酸含量达157.83mg/100ml,多糖含量为2.4mg/mL、并含有核(?)类,甾醉类等药理活性物质。深加工产品符合国家标准。

【Abstract】 Studies on submerged culture show that the optimal carbon source of Ganoderma lucidum is corn meal and glucose, the optimal niuogan source is yeast extract and beans cake meal, the optimal temperature and pll are 30℃ and pH4-5 resp.. After 3 days culture in 100L fennenter at 30±1℃, the biomass amounts 35g/100ml (fresh weight). When mash is served as liquid spawn,the spawn running time can be shortened one-third and the formation of fruitbody of Ganoderma lucidum is normal. The content of amino acid of liquid extracted from mash and polysaccharide is 157.83mg/100ml and 2.4mg/ml respectively. It also contains nucleoside, sterol and other pharmaceutical active substances. The processed products is in accord with national standard.
