【Abstract】 The isozyme proteins of est 1, 2 and est 3, 4, in esterase isozyme loci Est A and Est B, were purified and segregated from mycelia of Agaricus bisporus with polyacrylamide slab gel electrophoresis (PAGE). The data of the protein molecular weight obtained by SDS-PAGE showed that the molecular weights of est 1, 2 and est 3, 4 were 30000, 63000, 30000 and 43000 respectively.更多还原
