甲基铝氧烷的合成和性能研究
Studies on the Preparation and Properties of Methylaluminoxane
【摘要】 以氯化镁六水合物(MgCl_2·6H_2O)作为三甲基铝的新水解剂制备甲基铝氧烷。对三甲基铝的水解速度、水解反应产物甲基铝氧烷和MgCl_2固体余留物的组成和结构进行了探讨。在相同条件下,与用Al_2(SO_4)_3·18H_2O和NdCl_3·7H_2O水解剂制备甲基铝氧烷进行对比试验,表明由这3种水解剂制得的甲基铝氧烷的结构性能不同。其中,以MgCl_2·6H_2O水解剂制备的甲基铝氧烷产率(按水解反应放出的CH_4气计算)、甲基铝氧烷的分子量(或齐聚度)、以及用作Cp_2ZrCl_2的助催化剂对乙烯聚合的活性都高于其他两种水解剂。
【Abstract】 Methylaluminoxane was prepared by using a new hydrated salt, MgCl2·6H2O as thehydrolyzing agent for trimethyl aluminium. The hydrolyzing rate of TMA was determined.The characterization of MAO and the solid residue was made by chemical and elementanalysis,IR and UV. In comparison with the other hydrolyzing agents, Al2(SO4)3· 18H2O andNdCl3·7H2O,the calculated yield(based on the amount of methane evolution),molecularweight(or oligomerization degree)of MAO from MgCl2·6H2O and its catalytic activity ascocatalyst of Cp2ZrCl2 for ethylene polymerization are higher under the same preparationand polymerization conditions.
