蜗轮以钢代铜的实验研究与理论分析

【摘要】 通过深入系统的实验研究和理论分析,成功地实现了蜗轮以钢代铜的设想,并用边界润滑理论较完善地解释了化学反应膜的抗胶合机理。文中所用的跑合脂进行跑合的方法具有广泛的适用性,蜗轮以钢代铜不仅推动了边界润清理论的发展,而且经济效果十分明显。

【Abstract】 In this paper,by deep-going and systematical test research and theory analysis,the thoughtof steel instead of copper to worm gears has been successfully realized.And the anti-scuffing mechanism of chemical reaction film is perfectly explained by boundary lubrication theory.The running-in method of using running-in grease in this paper possesses wide applacationareas .The realization of steal instead of copper to worm gers not only accelerate the development of boundary lubrication theory,but also possess large economic significance .
