【Abstract】 In this paper,by deep-going and systematical test research and theory analysis,the thoughtof steel instead of copper to worm gears has been successfully realized.And the anti-scuffing mechanism of chemical reaction film is perfectly explained by boundary lubrication theory.The running-in method of using running-in grease in this paper possesses wide applacationareas .The realization of steal instead of copper to worm gers not only accelerate the development of boundary lubrication theory,but also possess large economic significance .更多还原
