【摘要】 本文通过３５例环椎椎动脉沟环与颈性眩晕的临床ｘ线分析，笔者结合文献复习，讨论了（１）环椎推动脉沟环畸形的结构形态与名称概念，指出了主要ｘ线表现和分型，即全环型（有完整的单、双恻骨性桥板）；断环型（中间骨住桥板缺如）；半环型（不完整的骨性桥板由环椎侧块上关节面后突向后延伸或由环推后弓上方向前伸展）。（２）探讨了三种类型环椎椎动脉沟环与颈性眩晕的ｘ线诊断价值和发病机理，闸述了二者之间的有关临床ｘ线诊断方面的观点，（３）提出了环椎椎动脉沟环畸形征象的存在应在今后Ｘ线诊断工作中引起重视的参考意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 An X ray analysis was given to 35 cases of vertebrate arterial ditch hoop of atlas and cervicaldizziness. main X ray findings of them were discussed and classified in accordanance with the structure and con-ception of vertebrate arterial ditch hoop of atlantal deformity. These were complete rig form(There is completesing double side bone bridge plate);Broken ring form(no middle bone brideg plate); Half ring form(incom-plete bone bridge plate extends behind from joint area back porjection of atlantal lump or extends forward fromsuperiorside of atiaontal posterior arch).X ray diagnostic value and pathogenesis of three kinds of vertebrate ar-terial ditch hoop of atlas and cervical dizziness were discussed.Views of clinical X ray diagnosis between two ofthem were expounded. The sign of vertebrate arterial ditch deformity should be noticed in X ray diagnosis.更多还原
