乙烯装置油急冷塔急冷油减粘措施分析
ANALYSIS OFVISCOSITY REDUCING METHOD ON QUENCH OIL IN GASOLINE FRACTIONATOR IN ETHYLENE PLANT
【摘要】 在200℃温度条件下。实验考察了裂解急冷油粘度随时间的变化特性,并考察了裂解柴油和急冷油的轻馏分对急冷油的减粘效果,结果表明,急冷油在循环使用过程中粘度升高是因其中的重质芳烃缩合造成的,向急冷油中掺入少量的急冷油的轻馏分是降低急冷油粘度的一种有效措施。
【Abstract】 Effect of experimental time on viscosity of quench oil was studied at 200℃temperature. Effect of viscosity reducing on quench oil by adding pyrolythic gas oil or highvolatile fraction obtained by stripping quench oil was studied.The result showed that theviscosity increasing of quench oil is due to polymerization of heavy aromatic compounds andthat returning the high volatile fraction to quench oil is the best viscosity reducing method.
