【摘要】 在刚性试验架上对不锈钢Ｏ形环垫进行了常温机械性能和密封性能研究，发现在线密封比压与紧密系数关系图中，Ａ部分曲线上有两个转折点Ｋ＿１和Ｋ＿２，提出实际工况下绕密封比压值应小于Ｋ＿１点的比压值。得到了泄漏指数ａ的试验值。虽然不锈钢Ｏ形环垫的回弹性能不好，但线密封比压与紧密系数图中Ｂ部分曲线的斜率很大（１０００以上）．分析了表面镀银对密封性能的影响，试验还发现，不锈钢Ｏ形环垫的厚径比不宜小于１／８。更多还原

【Abstract】 The mechanical and sealing behavior of the stainless steel O-ring gasket at roomtemperature were studied on stiff test rig.It was found that there exist two knees,points K₁and K₂, on part A curve in q-T,diagram,and the linear sealing stress less than q_K1 at actualoperating condition was required.The actual value of the leaking exponent was obtained. Although the decompression property of the stainless steel O-ring gasket is not good, the slopePof part B line in q-R,diagram is very high greater than 1000.We have analvsed the effect ofsurface coating with silver on the sealing behavior.We also found that the ratio of thick todiameter of the stainless steel O-ring giasket sould not be less than 1/8,更多还原
