【摘要】 本文就２１例儿童ＡＬＬ细胞表面标记进行了研究。结果表明，２１例儿童ＡＬＬ中普通ＡＬＬ（Ｃｏｍｍｏｎ－ＡＬＬ）最多（８／２１），预后较好。Ｔ－ＡＬＬ也不少见（７／２１），Ｔ－ＡＬＬ中以Ｉ型多见，采用大剂量化疗后预后改善。Ⅱ、Ⅲ型Ｔ－ＡＬＬ预后较差。更多还原

【Abstract】 ell surface markers of 21 children with ALL were a nalysed. The results showed that the cells of 8/21 patients originated from immatureB cells and the children′s prognosis was good.The cells of 7/21 pati- ents expressed T cell antigens.In the 7 patients with T celI ALL,type I was common.After large doses of chemotherapy the patients′prognosis was favourable.The children with ALL who had type Ⅱ and Ⅲ had poor prognosis.更多还原
