瑞香素铜(Ⅱ)──三元配合物的研究
Ternary complexes of daphnetin with copper(Ⅱ)
【摘要】 在30℃0.1mol/LNaClO4水溶液中,用半微量pH滴定法和计算机平衡模拟法研究了瑞香素(H2D)作为第一配体,乙二胺(En),丙二胺(Pn),甘氨酸(GLy),丙氨酸(ALa),草酸(Ox)及两二酸(Mal)作为第二配体的铜(Ⅱ)三元配合物体系,建立了各体系的化学作用模型,计算了有关配离子的形成常数,绘出了有关体系的物种分布图.
【Abstract】 The ternary complex systems of daphnetin (H2D)- Cu(Ⅱ)--L,where L stands for ethyleediamine(En), propane dialnine (Pn), glycine (Gly),alanine(Ala),oxalic acid(Ox)and malonic acid (Mal ), are studied by semimicro pH metric titration and computer simulating method at 30℃ and ionic strength 0. 1 mol/L in NaCIO4. The chemical interaction model for each system is established and the formation constants for each complex species formed in the system is calculated. The results are as follows: H2D logβH2D= 21. 86; Cu (Ⅱ)H2D logβCuD= 15.80, logβCuD2=28.03, logKCu(HD)D=38.11; Cu (Ⅱ)-H2D-L logKCuDL=26.44(En), 27. 47(Pn), 24. 24(Gly), 22. 70(ALa), 20. 76(Ox), 20. 11 (Mal); logKCuHDL=26.08(En), 33. 74(Pn). Besides, the species distribution figures for the ternary complex systems are given at H2D: Cu(Ⅱ): L=1: 1: 1.
