人类染色体高序结构的扫描电镜观察研究
A SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPICAL STUDY ON HIGHER ORDER STRUCTURE OF HUMAN CHROMOSOME
【摘要】 应用微铺展技术在扫描电镜下对人类染色体的高序结构进行了研究。观察了处于不同凝集水平的直径约为100nm和250—300nm的染色质纤维。分裂中期的染色体是由约300nm直径的染色质纤维形成的。试验结果与染色体螺旋结构模型相似。
【Abstract】 The scanning electron microscopical study on higher order structure of human chromosome was made with modified surface microspreading technique.Chromatin fibres at different levels with about 100nm and 250-300nm in diameter were observed.Matephase chromosomes were organized from chromonema of about 300nm in diameter.The conclusion was similar to the Helial Coiling Mldel.
