【Abstract】 The quick tester of adulterated milk is an electronic instrument with liquid Crystal indicator of digits.The adulterated milk can be detected and distinguished from pure milk within 5 seconds.According to the different number of digits shown on the tester, Adulterated matters are divided into orgenic and inorganic matters,the latter are subdivided into strong,medium and weak electrolytes.Stale milk and mastitic milk can also be detected.With the help of an inspecting box,more than 40 kinds of adulterated matters can be detected within 30 minutes.It is concluded that this tester has the advantages of small size,direct readings,light weight(0. 3kg),and low power consumption and of being accurate(accuracy over 95%)and Iasting.更多还原
