不同抗旱类型大豆品种气孔特性初探
Preliminary Study on Stomatal Characteristics in Different Types of Drought─resistant Soybean Cultivars
【摘要】 选用不同抗旱类型(强抗、中抗、弱抗)大豆品种15个,在田间自然干旱条件下,对大豆品种的气孔特性及其与抗旱性的关系作了初步分析研究。结果表明:①不同大豆品种之间,气孔密度、单位叶面积气孔总长度存在着极显著差异,气孔长度存在着显著差异,叶片正背面间气孔密度、单位叶面积气孔总长度存在着显著正相关,气孔长度为正相关;叶片正面、背面气孔密度与气孔长度呈负相关。②不同抗旱类型之间,叶片背面气孔密度存在着显著差异,说明叶片背面气孔密度与抗旱性之间存在着一定的关联。强抗旱类型气孔密度、单位叶面积气孔总长度正背面均大于弱抗类型,而气孔长度小于弱抗类型。中抗类型正面气孔长度夭于弱抗类型,其余各性状变化趋势与强抗类型的变化趋势一致。气孔特性与抗旱性有一定的关联,可作为评定大豆抗旱性的参考指标性状。
【Abstract】 Fifteen different drorghtresistant cultivars were used to study the stomatal characteristics and the relation between the stomatal characteristics and the drought resistance in drought field. The results showed that: there were significantly differences among cultivars in stomatal density (SD), stomatal length (SL) and total stomatal length per unit leaf area (SDXSL);adaxial SD and SDXZSL were significantly and positively correlated with abaxial SD and SDXSL respectively; adaxial SL were positively correlated with SL;both adaxial and abaxial SD was negtively correlated with SL;the differences among different drought-resistant types in abaxial SD was significant, which showed there was certain relations between abaxial SD and the drouhgt resistances. SD and SDXSL in the stronger tolerant type were larger than the weaker one, but SL was smaller. The changing trend of stomatal characteristics except adaxial SL was similar to the stronger one. The stomatal characteristices were correlated with the drought resistance. Thus the stomatal characteristics were regarded as reference indicators in evaluating the soybean drought resistance.
