阶梯孔环件轧制体积流动和毛坯设计
VOLUME FLOW AND BLANK DESIGN FOR ROLLING RING WITH STEPPED HOLE
【摘要】 本文分析了阶梯孔环件轧制变形特点和尺寸变化规律;证明了阶梯孔环件轧制中存在轴向体积流动,导出了体积流动量的计算式,并指出了实现体积流动的进给条件。基于阶梯孔环件轧制体积流动规律,提出了阶梯孔环件轧制用毛坯设计原理和方法,并进行了轧制实验验证。
【Abstract】 he rolling deformation characteristics for ring with stepped hole are analysed and the ring diameter in rolling is derived. The axial volume flow occured in rolling process of ring with stepped hole is demonstrated, the calculation formula of the volume flow amount is derived and the feed condition matched to the volume now is pointed out. The blank design principle and method for rolling ring with stepped hole is developed based on the volume flow law and the comparison to the ring rolling experiment is done.
