【摘要】 599例犬咬伤患者常规接种狂犬病疫苗后，用ELISA方法检测抗体阳性515人，阳性率为85．98％，未检出抗体84人，其中69人又加强接种2针疫苗，有57人抗体阳转，阳转率为82．60％。在抗体阳性的515人中，不同性别间的抗体水平无显著差异，但20岁以下年龄组抗体阳性率高于21岁以上年龄组（P＜0．01）。更多还原

【Abstract】 599 patients bitted by dogs were vaccinated with rabies vaccine and detected by ELISA. The result showed that the antibodies of 515 patients were positive, i. e. antibody positive rate was 85. 98%. But the antibodies of 84 patients were not detected out. After 69of the 84 received 2 boosters, 57 of them showed antibody conversion, i. e. antibody coversion rate was 82. 60 %. In 515 patients whose antibody were positive, no significant difference was found between the antibody levels of different sexes.
