【摘要】 分别在－20℃、2～8℃和11～20℃，保存3个月的冻干皮内卡介苗活菌残存数分别为6．70×106／mg、1．26×107／mg、7．3×106／mg，接种492名新生儿，阳转率分别为83．56％、83．44％和82．46％，硬结平均直径分别为5．8、6．70和6．02mm，卡痕平均直径分别为4．68、4．11和4．27mm，表明冻干皮内卡介苗在－20℃冰柜中和11～20℃常温下保存3个月仍可使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The residual viable counts of freeze-dried BCG vaccine stored at -2℃, 2~8℃ and 11~20℃ for 3 months were 6.70×106, 1. 26×107 and 7. 30×106/mg, respectively.192 infants were vaccinated with the vaccine stored at the 3 temperatures, and the result showed that the conversion rates were 83. 66%, 83. 44% and 82. 46%, respectively; and scleroma average diameters were 5. 8, 6. 07 and 6. 02mm, respectively; scar average diameters were 4. 68, 4. 11 and 4. 27mm, respectively.
