【Abstract】 2150 cases were immunized with recombinant vacciae virus expressed hepatitis B vaccine. 24 months later, the antibody conversion rates of the cases received 10 and 5μg of HB vaccine were 98. 36% and 96. 33%, respectively. No significant difference was found between the 2 groups. However, the antibody level of the 2 groups were 176.70 and 132.00mIU/ml respectively, thus showed significant difference.
