地鼠肾原代细胞外源病毒调查
A Survey of Exogenous Virus of Primary Hamster Kidney Cells
【摘要】 清洁级、普通级2周龄地鼠,按卫生部颁布的无特异病原体(SPF)级的标准李行病毒抗体检测均为阴性。但8批用清洁级地鼠制备的肾原代细胞中均未发现有血吸附现象,而在普通级,血吸附阳性率高达86%(18/21)。超离浓缩后血凝效价达1:4~1:64;负染后用电镜可观察到副流感样病毒颗粒。经血清学检测,该外源病毒与仙台和小鼠肺炎病毒抗原相关,但按常规方法不易在鸡胚和同种地鼠肾细胞上传代。
【Abstract】 The viral antibodies of clean level and general hamsters (2 weeks old)were detected according to The Standard of SPF Mice issued by Ministry of Public Health, People’s Republic of China. The result showed that the viral antibodies of all the hamsters were negative. No hemadsorption was found in 8 lots of primary hamster kidney cells of clean level hamsters, but the hemadsorption positive rate of general hamsters reached 86% (18/21 ). The HA titers of the cells concentrated by ultracentrifugation were 1: 4~1: 64. Parainfluenza virus-like particles were observed in cells after negative staining under electron microscope.Sero-logical examination demonstrated that the exogenetic virus was correlated with Sendai and murine pneumonia virus antigens, but was not easy to passage in chick-embryo cells and homologous hamster kidney cells by routine procedures.
