【摘要】 应用自制的流感嗜血杆菌（Hi）血清提取的免疫球蛋白致敏醛化血球制备的反向血凝诊断试剂盒，与美国Difco血清制备的试剂盒相比，其灵敏度无差异，均可达2～4ng／25μl，而特异性较好。应用该试剂盒检测了152份正常人血清，29份肺炎病人血清，311份尿标本（其中55份为正常儿童尿，256份为肺炎病人尿），60份肺炎病人痰标本。正常人标本检测结果均为（一），病人血清、尿、痰标本阳性率分别为13％、7％和10％。更多还原

【Abstract】 Reverse hemagglutination kit was prepared by sensitizing sheep red cells (fixed with glutaraldehyde) with IgG extracted from hemophilus infuenzae serum (prepared by authors). Both the sensitivity of the kit and that prepared with Difco serum (made in USA ) reached 2~4ng/25ml, and both the specificity were also good. Specimen of 152 normal sera and 55 normal urine, and specimen of 29 sera, 256 urine and 60 sputum from patients with pneumonia were detected by the kit. The result showed that all the normal specimens were negative, and the positive rates of sera, urine and sputum from patients were 13%, 7%and 10%, respectively.更多还原
