【Abstract】 Al (OH)3 absorbed tetravalent vaccine was prepared with DPT and plasma derived hepatitis B vaccine HBsAg. The detection showed that HBsAg could be completely absorbed. Compared with HB vaccine. the immunity induced by tetravalent vaccine in mice was significantly improved. The immunologic efficacy of tetravalent vaccinc using higher pH adsorbent was better than that using lower pH adsorbent. No interference was found among the 4 antigens. After having been stored at 4 ℃ for 8 months, the immunogenicity of vaccine had not been affected.更多还原
