膜融合诱导因子能使细胞质膜表面水化程度降低
MEMBRANE FUSION-INDUCED FACTORS CAUSE A DECREASE IN MEMBRANE SURFACE DIELECTRIC CONSTANT
【摘要】 研究了几种膜融合诱导因子,包括介质pH,温度以及钙离子等对小鼠艾氏腹水癌细胞质膜表面介电常数的影响.结果表明,酸性介质pH、温度降低或钙离子浓度增加,均可使其膜表面介电常数下降。从而提示,膜表面水化力下降和局部脱水可能是酸诱导膜融合,钙离子诱导膜融合及冰冻融化引起的膜融合等均需经过的关键步骤。
【Abstract】 The effects of several inelnbrane fuSion-induced factors including addle PH,Ca2+ and lower mperetare on the Tnelnbrane surface diel constant of Ehrlich’s ascha aam studied. The adult shoal that acidic pH. Ca2+ and low temperatUre all cause a decrease in the membrane surface dielectric constant.The Se data indicated that the drs of cane hydrition foers twlicatal in the decrease of Tnelnbtane sauce diel constant was the key step of the membrane fusion induced by audio pH,Ca2+ and freezing-thawing.
