【Abstract】 This paper reports the selection of the mutagenized actinoplanes E215 producing glucose isomerase with bet molasses and the experiments of technology condition. The highest activity of the strain E215 on a shaking flask is 772u/ml. The activity on 10L fermentation tank is 570u/all. A fermentting cycle is 72 hours. The extracellular activity is less than 10 per cent of the ail activity. The property to produce glucose isomerase is stable.更多还原
