【Abstract】 Taiji Liquor is a new traditional Chinese compound medicine. The effect of Taiji Liquor in preventing and treating cerebral ischemia and anoxia has been confirmed in our Lab : Taiji Liquor can decrease systolic and diastolic blood pressure,arterial mean pressure,cerebral vascular resistance ,and increase cerebral blood flow. Taiji Liquor can also reduce HCT ,blood apparent viscosity and G under different shear rates. The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of Taiji Liquor on mesenteric microcirculatory disturbance induced by adrenaline by means of observations through a video image system on the calibre and blood flow changes of microvessels in rats . The results show that Taiji Liquor can significantly improve the arteri-ole contracting and blood flow ceasing induced by adrenaline:delaying the time of blood flow ceasing ,and reducing the degree of vessel contracting. These suggest that Taiji Liquor has beneficial effects on microcirculatory disturbance.更多还原
