氮磷对污水净化中藻类群落结构的影响

【摘要】 在室内模拟生物净化槽中比较研究了氮、磷对污水净化中藻类群落结构和污水净化效果的影响。其结果TN/TP=44.4/7.01mg/L组,藻类种类多样性最高,净生产力最高,污水净化效果也最佳。

【Abstract】 he effects of nitrogen and phosphorus on algal community structure in modellingmulti-cell stabilization pond systems have been observed in green house during spring tosummer in 1988 and 1989. The results showed that when the concentration of TP were allkept around 7 mg/l,and the TN were changed from 13.5,24.8,44.4 to 77.4mg/l in the rawsewage of four experimental series,the cell number,species composition,diversity index andprimary production of algae in sewage were increased with the TN concentration increasing.And the TN/TP=44.417mg/l was the optimum concentration for algae growth and sewagepurification. The relationships between the algae composition and the ratio of TN and TP arealso discussed.
