【Abstract】 The nulear matrix of esophageal carcinoma was prepared according to the method of Robinson, SI. The nuclear matrix was electrophoresed with 40% running gel and 4% stacking gel. The result showed that the five protein bands were consisted of nuclear matrix of esophagral carcinoma between 40KD-60KD. The five protein bands were stained deeper in the nuclear matrix than in the nuclei of esophageal carcinoma. They would be characteristic proteins of nuclear matrix enriched.更多还原
