【摘要】 作者介绍该科自1988～1991年应用湿润暴露疗法，收治542例烧伤病人情况。作者对创面进行了系统观察，并根据护理体会进行了总结。一、创面的观察与护理不同原因烧伤创面表现不同，烫伤湿润，烧伤干燥，油类烧伤呈黑色；浅度及深度烧伤创面亦不相同，渗出多表现于浅度早期，但消肿快，深者则相反，此外在不同时期涂药次数亦有所不同。作者在本文还提出Ⅲ度创面在创面上做井字小切口或用滚轴刀削痂，可缩短愈合时间。二、对侵袭性感染创面观察及护理。应密切注意全身变化及创面的变化。三、康复期创面的护理，应尽量保护上皮或皮岛，注意防止毛囊炎。更多还原

【Abstract】 542 cases of burn were treated with MEBT. Theexperience in the observation and nursing of thewounds are summarized.1. observation and nursing of the wounds.Burns of different kinds had different wounds.Scalds had moist wounds, thermal injury had drywounds and oil burns had smoky dark wounds.Shallow wounds had profuse exudate at the earlystage and the swellings Subside quickly. Deep woundshad little exudate and tbe swellings subside slowly.The frequency of the application of MEBO should bedifferent at different.stages. For 3rd degree wounds,a # shape incision or escharotomy using a rollingdermatome is recommended, this treatment will helpshorten the healing time of the wounds.2. observation and nursing of erosion wounds.Attention should be Paid to observation of thesystemic and local changes.3.
