离子对高效液相色谱-磺化四苯基卟啉光度法同时测定痕量锌和铜的研究
Simmtaneous Spectrophotometrlc Determination of TraceAmounts of Zn(Ⅱ)and Cu(Ⅱ)with Meso-Tetra-(4-Sulfophenyl)Porphyrin by Ion-pair High Performance Llquid Chromatography
【摘要】 用TPPS_4作柱前衍生试剂,寻找到试剂与锌(Ⅱ)和铜(Ⅱ)的最佳反应条件,然后在ODS柱上,以乙腈-水体系(24:76,v/v)作流动相,四乙基碘化按作离子对试剂,在415nm处检测,确立了离子对高效液相色谱-光度法快速分离测定痕量锌和铜的新方法,检测下限(×l0 ̄(-9)g/mL):Zn0.10,Cu0.09。所建立的方法用于花生样品中锌和铜的测定,结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 nly by heating at pH 4.4 chelating reaction of meso-tetra(4- sulfophenyl)porphyrin(TPPS4)with Zn(Ⅱ)and Cu(Ⅱ) can be completed. ZnTPPS4, TPPS4 and CuTPPS4 were separated within 8 min on an ODScolumn and eluted with acetonitrile+water(24 : 76,V/V)containing 50 mmol/L tetraethylammonium iodideand l0 mmol/L acetic acidsodium acetate buffer solution(pH 6, 4), and detected at 4l5 nm。 The detectionlimits were 0.l and 0. 09(×10 ̄(-9)g/mL)for Zn and Cu respectively. This method can be used for the deter-mination of trace Zn and Cu in the peanut sample.
