【Abstract】 he nitrate,nitrite,fluoride, formate and acetate ions were separated and determined by isota-chophoresis according to their differences in effective mobilities caused by different pKa,Oxine was used as aco-counter cation to form a buffered solution at pH 4.0 in the leading electrolyte,0. 005mol/L hydrochloricacid.The teriminating electrolyte is a solution containing 0. 0lmol/L n-butyric acid and 0.005mol/L oxine atpH 4.5.The detection limit at 5 × 10￣(-5)mol/L with a sample volume of5.30μL was less than l8ng。 Thelinearity existed in 5 × 10￣(-5)～2 × 10￣(-3)mol/L,The reproducibility was good with a CV between l.1%and5.5%。 The recoveries were from 95 to l08%。更多还原
