【摘要】 对４６例煤工尘肺患者血清铜、锌及血、尿硒含量进行了测定。煤工尘肺患者的血清铜含量增高，血清锌含量及锌／铜比值减低。Ⅲ期患者血硒含量有明显降低，尿硒排出增高。煤工尘肺患者，特别是晚期患者适当补充锌和硒有助于提高机体防御机能，增强抵抗力，延缓肺纤维化的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The serum copper、zinc、blood and urineselenium content in 40 cases with CWP weredetermined. In addition,20 healthy subjectswith no dust exposure served as controls. The results showed the serum copper con-tent in the patients with CWP was signifi-cantly higher than that in controls (P<0 .01). The serum zinc and ratio of Zn/Cu were lower than those in controls.Blood selenium content was decreased and urine selenium content was increased in cases with CWP,especially in patients with category Ⅲ.Appropriate intake of zinc and selenium is benificial to increasing the protive function and resistence of the body as well as to hinder the develo-pment of pulmonary fibrosis.更多还原
