【摘要】 作者回顾了１９８３年至１９９４年１月间处理的双重睑整形及眼袋整形的手术并发症１１１例，其中双重睑术后并发症８１例，眼袋整形术后并发症３０例。包括提上睑肌粘连、角膜溃疡、多睑皱襞畸形、下睑外翻、眼外肌麻痹、眶上睑沟及眶下睑沟畸形等２６种并发症，文章叙述各种并发症的表现、发生原因及预防和治疗方法，文章还复习了眼睑美容术后造成失明、眼球穿孔伤等文献，并对其防治进行讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 AbstractThe authors reviewed 26 types of complications of cosmetic blepharoplasty in 111 cases from l983 to Januarv l994. The complications occured in double eyelid procedure in 8l cases, and lower eyelid blepharoplasty in 30 cases. These complications were levator adherence, ulcer of cornea, multiple eyelid creases deformities, ectropion of lower eyelid, strabismus, superior and inferior sulcus concavity deformities etc.The authors described the clinical signs, aetiology, prevention and treatment of those complications, and reviewed the blindness complication due to perforation of eye ball after cosmetic blepharoplasty from litera- tures.更多还原
