【摘要】 自１９８６年以来，我院收治大面积头皮撕脱伤病人８例。其中２例为严重的全头皮、耳、面部和眉毛的完全撕脱伤，撕脱头皮面积分别达１４００～１５００ｃｍ２。经显微外科再植治疗获得成功。术后随访二年，再植头皮长出了如正常人一样尺寸长的茂密，黑发。更多还原

【Abstract】 AbstractEight cases of scalp avulsion were successfully cured in our hospital since may,1986.severeTwo cases of total scalp avulsion, including an ear, eyebrow and face, with loss of skin substanceof 1400cm2and 1512cm2, were treated with micro surgical replantation.While over 95 and 98percent of replanted scalp survived, hair of scalp grew up to 10 to 30cm, got good result in a followup of 8 months to two years.更多还原
