【Abstract】 For solving the sediment problems of the Three-Gorge Reservoir on the Yangtze River,some research works have extensively been made during the past years. The fluvial processes formed by deposition in the backwater reach, and the influense of fluctuating the processes on navigation are the most important problems.Based on the experimental research on several physical models, the fluvial processes in different reach and time are depicted.The changes of the tlow slope, flow velocity and the factors of sediment-carrying capacity during the processes are observed in the schematic model.Then,the paper expounds the main principle according to the basic theory of river dynamics.Finally,the paper points out the navigation problems in the different phase of fluvial processes.更多还原
