按联合受力设计的埋藏式钢岔管有限元分析方法
Finite element analysis of interaction between underground steel distributor and surrounding rock
【摘要】 本文提出一种考虑有缝隙存在的联合受力埋藏式钢岔管有限元分析方法,假定回填混凝土在内水压力作用下只起传递信载作用,围岩简化为为若干有限元结点上施加纯压缩弹性抗力的模型,通过多次选代求解可获得收敛的结果.本文结合工程实例给出计算成果,说明围岩对岔管的应力影响十分显著.
【Abstract】 In the paper, the Finite Element Method(FEM) is used to analyze the stress of theunderground steel distributor with gaps existing between distributor, concrete and surrounding rock. Concrete is assumed only to transmit load to rock, and rock is consideredto apply elastic reactions to the distributor. After several times of iteration,the resultscould be approached.Application of this method in some engineering projects show that the surrounding rockhas great influence on distributor stresses.
