宝钢烧结配用转炉渣的试验研究

【摘要】 运用均匀设计法对烧结混合料配入转炉渣进行了试验室试验,结果表明:烧结配入转炉渣对降低焦粉消耗和提高烧结矿的转鼓强度有利,但烧结生产率、烧结矿的TFe和还原性能(RI)降低,烧结矿的P2O5也有明显提高,烧结矿的低温还原粉化性能(RDI)有升高趋势,而对烧结矿中硫的影响不明显。试验结果表明:细粒转炉渣比粗粒转炉渣更有利于烧结。

【Abstract】 Abstract By mean of homogenizing design,the results of pot test of sintering with adding the BOS slag in sinter mix,presented in this paper, have shown that adding the BOS slag in sinter mix is beneficial to reduce the coke rate and to improve TI of sinter,but is resulted in reduced sinter productivity,TFe content and RI,whereas P2O5 content increased remarkably, the RDI of sinter had a rising tendency,and S content in sinter remains constant.In addition, the fine fraction of the BOS slag was better to be sintered than the coarse one.
