国际制材行业环境噪声研究现状与展望

【摘要】 本文介绍了美国、瑞典、日本、英国等国家制材行业环境嗓声的研究状况;重点介绍了东北林业大学课题组对黑龙江、吉林两省的13个制材车间的环境噪声进行测试、分析与评价的结果,并揭示了我国制材行业环境嗓声的现状及其特点,提出了我国制材行业降低环境噪声的方法和途径。

【Abstract】 Abstract This paper first describes the researches on industrial noise and the noise inwood conversion mills, mainly describins the researches of this nature in developingcountries such as USA, Sweden, Japan and England. Since 1960s, these countriessooner or later conducted researches on the source of noise ,noise absorption and noise i-nsulating techniques to have the noise in wood conversion mills to be well disposed of.In recent years ersonomic researches are made on the impact of noise on human mindand work efficiency.In China the researches on the noise of wood conversion began in 1980s, withemphasis on the source of noise such as mechanism leading to the noise by band saw andcircular saw, and on the noise reducins techniques. This paper focuses on describing thesubject group in Northeast Forest University who in 1991 1992 made tests, analysesand evaluations on the environmental noise in the saw timber workshops in Heil-ongjiang and Jilin, and kept informed of the serious noise in wood conversion industrybeyond the set standard in China, and revealed the ultrahigh frequency (the band withhigher and highest value of sound pressure level is that at ZKSK Hz,and the band withpeak value is at 2.5K-5K Hz), and unstable state fnoise fluctuating in a ranse over 6 dB(A), and the highest level to be 20dB (A) characteristic of the environmental noise inwood conversion industry in China, The methods such as Leg, NL and SIL are used toevaluate the environmental noise in sawtunber workshops, with methods and ap-proaches sugsested to reduce the environmental noise in wood conversion industry inChina.
