【摘要】 本文报道了用E-PHA作载体,偶联三种化疗药物(ADM、MMC和MTX),对离体培养的胃癌(SGC)细胞的抑制和杀伤作用进行了观察。结果表明:偶联药物对胃癌细胞表现出一定的抑制和杀伤作用,但效果没有游离药物明显,另外偶联药对正常细胞也显示了一定的保护作用。并就相关问题进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Three chemotherapeutic drugs (ADM、 MMC and MTX) were conjugated to E-PHA or E-PHA ·IgG via a dextran bridge.Antitumor effects of them in vitro were studied by their inhibition on the growth in human tumor cells (SGC). The results show that all three conjugates have higher inhibition than that of contrast group, but less than that of free ADM, MMC and MTX.Moreover, the conjugates exhibite certain protective effects on human normal ceJl(KMB17).更多还原
