【摘要】 为观察用于治疗各种乳糖不耐受的酵母乳糖酶肠溶微囊制剂的疗效,本实验经筛选得四组乳糖不耐受成年雄性大鼠,经灌胃给予2g/kg·W剂量的乳糖,同时给予不同剂量的乳糖酶肠溶微囊制剂,并定时采血测定血糖.结果表明:18.7IU/kg·W的乳糖酶肠溶微囊制剂已能有效地促进乳糖不耐受大鼠对乳糖的消化和吸收.更多还原

【Abstract】 A study to determine the efficacy of microencapsulated lactase therapy of lactose intolerance was undertaken in 48 rats. The 48 lactose-intolerant adult rats were divided into four groups. Each group rats were given a load of 2 g per kg body weight lactose and a certain dose of microencapsulated lactase. Blood samples were collected before and 30, 60, 90, 120 min after the adminstration of lactose. Blood galactose concentration were determined as a level of lactose absorption.
